Sample Menu 1:

  • appetizers – smoked pimento cheese, house fried pork rinds; marinated gulf shrimp, crackers
  • salad – bibb, grilled peaches, pecans, gorgonzola, shaved red onion, molasses vinaigrette
  • entree –  blackened red snapper, sweet corn puree, wilted greens, burnt scallion butter
  • dessert – macerated strawberries, shortcake, fresh whipped cream

Sample Menu 2:

  • appetizer – tapas board – manchego, marinated olives, jamon serrano, marcona almonds, chorizo stuffed mushrooms, roasted shoshito peppers, baguette
  • salad: arugula, radicchio, shaved fennel, satsuma, mint, red wine vinaigrette
  • entree: traditional seafood paella, family style
  • dessert: homemade churros, chocolate dipping sauce
