Chef Cassie Powers has a passion for food. And for her, there is no better way of utilizing her passion than by preparing delicious foods for her clients, every day.

After graduating from Gulf Coast Culinary Institute in 2011, Cassie found the best way to share her passion for food with people was to become an independent personal chef. “I’ve always loved cooking for others. I think there is something really special about how food brings people together.”

Whether she is composing a custom menu for a busy household’s weekly meals, an intimate date night for 2, or a dinner party for 12, Cassie adapts and works with her clients to create the optimal dining experience. From the initial consultation to the on-site preparation, Cassie provides an individualized client service and gourmet-quality dish that can’t be replicated anywhere on the Gulf Coast.
